OPINION OF THE COURT

2Per curiam

In this proceeding the Special Referee sustained the four *34charges of professional misconduct alleged against the respondent. The petitioner moves to confirm the report of the Special Referee and the respondent submits an affirmation in response thereto.

Charge One alleged that the respondent aided a nonattorney in the unauthorized practice of law and engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation in violation of DR 3-101 (A) and 1-102 (A) (4) of the Code of Professional Responsibility [1990].
