The respondent Seanne McGuinness was admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York by the First Judicial *78Department on July 17, 1989, under the name Sean W. McGinnis. On December 13, 1993, respondent changed his name to Seanne McGuinness. At all times pertinent to this proceeding, respondent has maintained an office for the practice of law within the First Judicial Department.
