This complicated proceeding originated in a petition filed by M. C. Moore & Sons, a corporation, with the state hydraulic engineer, now the state supervisor of hydraulics, praying for the determination of the relative rights to the use of the waters of Doan creek, in Walla Walla county, Washington.
