ORDER DISMISSING CHAPTER 9 PETITION
DONALD E. CORDOVA, Bankruptcy Judge.
THIS MATTER came before the Court on the Chapter 9 petition filed on August 19, 1992, by the Ellicott School Building Authority of El Paso County, Colorado (the “Authority”). On September 28, 1992, the Court issued an Order allowing creditors until November 16, 1992 to object to the entry of an order for relief.
