|9I respectfully disagree with the majority’s conclusion that the stop had not yet been completed and that the length of the stop was reasonable. For the following reasons, I dissent.
On March 7, 2011, while driving his vehicle, appellant was pulled over by an officer of the Rogers Police Department. The officer identified himself and requested appellant’s license and registration which appellant provided.
