Reversing.

On appeal from an order of tbe McCracken county court, probating the will of Mrs. Nannie L. Jennings, tbe circuit court held it bad not been executed in accordance with the law, and set aside tbe order.

Tbe will was typewritten and not a holographic one. On tbe day of its attestation Mrs. Jennings called a neighbor and asked her to come over and witness her will. She then called another neighbor and made tbe same request of her. Tbe day before she bad told one of these ladies that she wanted her to come over tbe next day to witness her will.…
