OPINION
DAVID WELLINGTON CHEW, Justice.
Winfried Heiringhoff appeals his convictions for three misdemeanor offenses of intentional or knowing unauthorized discharge under Section 7.145 of the Texas Water Code. 1 After the jury found Appellant guilty of each charge, the trial court assessed punishment at one year jail time, probated two years, and imposed a fíne of $20,000, $18,500 probated with sentences to run concurrently.
