This appeal is from the dismissal of appellant’s claim under the Workmen’s Compensation Act, 1953 Comp. § 59-10-1 et seq.

Claimant was employed as an installer of •insulating material for defendant Insulation & Specialities, Inc., a subcontractor engaged in a part of the construction of an uranium processing mill for Phillips Petroleum Company located in the Ambrosia Lake area near Grants.
