Reversing.

The appellant, Alonzo Reffitt, was an employee of the appellee, Southern Sheet & Tin Plate Company. The latter is a córporation engaged 'at Ashland in the manufacturing of roofing material out of sheet iron. It employed from ten to fourteen laborers, all of whom were subject to.the directions of a foreman, who had general authority over the labors- of the workmen at the plant. ’Several of them did practically the same character of '"work.
