This is an appeal from an order of the United States District Court dismissing the petition of appellant to restrain execution of an order of deportation issued by the Attorney General under the provisions of the Immigration Laws of the United States. 8 U.S.C.A. § 1101 et seq. This United States Court of Appeals formerly reversed the dismissal by the United States District Court of an action to review the deportation order and held that, under the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act, 5 U.S.C.A. § 1001 et seq., the order of deportation was subject to judicial…
