Appeal from that part of a judgment of the Supreme Court (Keniry, J.), entered May 12, 1992 in Albany County, which, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, transferred the cross petition of various respondents to Supreme Court in Putnam County.
This proceeding has its origin in a claim to real property located in the Town of Carmel, Putnam County, which was appropriated by the State in 1986.
