Plaintiff appeals from a judgment granting defendant’s motion to dismiss plaintiffs petition for alleged wrongful discharge. We reverse and remand.
Plaintiff filed his petition in two counts. Count I sought review of a decision by the City of Berkeley to discharge plaintiff who *880was a probationary paramedic/firefighter licensed by the State of Missouri as a paramedic.
