MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON DEBTOR’S OBJECTION TO CLAIM OF MASSACHUSETTS DIVISION OF EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through its Division of Employment and Training (“DET”), asserts two claims in this case under Massachusetts G.L. c. 151A, § 14A, for reimbursement of unemployment compensation benefits paid by the DET to employees whose employment the Debtor terminated around the time of its bankruptcy filing.
