Case Summary

A Brown County Deputy Sheriff prepared an affidavit for a search warrant of Brandi Hayworth's house from which a reasonable person could infer that an informant (identified only to the police) had personally observed Hayworth, within the past seventy-two hours, manufacture, possess, and use methamphetamine. A search warrant was issued, and guns, methamphetamine, and numerous items associated with the manufacture of methamphetamine were found.
