MEMORANDUM OPINION

DOHNAL, United States Magistrate Judge.

This matter is before the Court by consent of the parties (28 U.S.C. § 636(c)(1)) on the Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56. The Plaintiff, an African-American male, alleges that he was deprived of his constitutional right to equal protection of the laws by state action in violation of the Fourteenth Amendment and 42 U.S.C. § 1983 as the result of the termination of his employment by the defendant school authority on the basis of his race. 1 For the reasons stated herein, the Defendant’s motion is…
