MEMORANDUM OPINION

In this legal malpractice action filed pro se, plaintiff sues his former defense counsel based on the latter’s representation during criminal proceedings in the Superi- or Court of the District of Columbia in 2004-05. Defendant moves for summary judgment under Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure [Dkt. No. 41].
