SAUFLEY, Justice.

[¶ 1] Donald Sorey appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court (Waldo County, Marsano, J.) denying his appeal from an amended divorce judgment (Belfast, Staples, J.) entered after appeal and remand from the Superior Court (Waldo County, Alexander, J.). On appeal, Mr. Sorey argues that the award of spousal support was patently unjust; that the division of marital property was erroneous; that the order to maintain Ms. Sorey as beneficiary of a life insurance policy was erroneous; and that the original judgment by the District Court should be reinstated. We affirm the judgment.
