Alberty Fread, Estella Wickett and Leah Morrell, a minor, by her next friend, filed a bill in equity for the partition of real estate left by Charles H. Hoag, their ancestor, who had died intestate, leaving about two hundred and thirty acres of farm land, besides village lots, all in LaSalle county. On the first day of the term of court to which the bill was filed, defendants filed an answer, and all the defendants, except the administrator, also filed a cross-bill for partition.
