INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Linda Sternberg, an attorney, filed C.A. No. 94-0675B against defendants John and Patricia Kveraga, and reach and apply defendants Joanne Kveraga-Olson and Robert Olson in their capacities as trustees, seeking to collect a debt for legal services rendered. Thereafter, the Olsons filed the present suit, C.A.
