OPINION

WEISBERGER, Justice.

These are statutory petitions for certiora-ri wherein Providence Gas Company (the company), Edward F. Burke, in his capacity as administrator of the Division of Public Utilities and Carriers (the division), and the Attorney General all seek review of an order rendered by the Public Utilities Commission (the commission) in response to the filing by the company of proposed tariffs which would have produced additional estimated annual revenues of $7,556,141.
