MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter originally came before the Court on Defendant’s Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings (DN 16). Defendant attached documentary evidence to the motion that was not relied upon by Plaintiff in her complaint. In accordance with the Federal Rules, the Court considered Defendant’s motion in the context of a Rule 56 summary judgment motion.
