MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This matter is before the Court on a motion by Defendants for summary judgment on all the claims [DN 36]; on a motion by Plaintiff, Scott Thornton, for summary judgment regarding LTIR Plan Benefits [DN 37]; and on a motion by Defendants to strike the Plaintiffs “Reply Memorandum” addressing his ERISA claim [DN 49]. Fully briefed, this matter is ripe for decision.
