FENNER, Judge.
Appellant, Charles F. Proctor, appeals rulings in this consolidated appeal on two separate post-conviction motions. In the first matter, the motion court sustained appellant’s Rule 24.035 motion and ordered that appellant be resentenced before a new judge. In the second matter, the motion court denied a motion to vacate judgment and sentence pursuant to Rule 29.15.
