FENNER, Judge.
Appellant, Gavin L. North, appeals the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion for postcon-viction relief without an evidentiary hearing.
On October 20, 1988,' North was charged by information with the felony of possession of marijuana in violation of section 195.020, RSMo.1986. North entered a plea of guilty on February 6, 1989.
Sentence and judgment were entered on March 6, 1989 by the Circuit Court of Johnson County, Missouri, Division II. North was found guilty and was sentenced to five years in the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections. The court suspended execution of…
