This class action concerns whether the defendant, the University of Washington (University), properly withheld Social Security taxes from the class employees, of which plaintiff, Richard Pope, is a member. The University appeals from the trial court's grant of partial summary judgment in favor of the class for breach of contract and violation of RCW 49.48.010.
