Mark Gregory pleaded guilty in August, 1969, in the circuit court of McLean County to an indictment of two counts which charged him with burglary. He was placed on probation for 2 years, but he violated probation and was sentenced to a term of 1 to 2M> years. On appeal of the order which revoked his probation, the defendant argued, inter alia, that the indictment against him had been void in that it had not in either count sufficiently charged the commission of burglary.
