OPINION OF THE COURT
Sandler, J.
After denial of a motion to suppress his confession following a hearing, the defendant pleaded guilty to murder in the second degree and was sentenced to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of 15 years to life.
The principal issue on this appeal is raised by defendant’s contention that the confession was secured by police methods that violated his rights under the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.
