— In an action for specific performance of a contract to sell real property, the plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Underwood, J.), dated February 28, 1985, which, after a nonjury trial, dismissed the complaint.
Judgment affirmed, with costs.
The defendant agreed to sell the subject premises to the plaintiff under a contract which provided a closing date 30 days after its execution on January 29, 1984.
