This is a bill in equity filed by Cora A. Hamilton, as administratrix of the estate of N. O. Hamilton, deceased, against Mentie C. Watson, as administratrix of the estate of E. E. Hamilton, deceased. It seeks to enjoin the prosecution of a suit at law for money had and received, commenced by the defendant against the complainant. The bill was presented to the judge of the circuit court for temporary injunction writ; it was denied by him, and on presentation to an associate justice of this court, writ for temporary injunction was directed to issue upon proper bond being given.
