Before the court is the Motion to Dismiss [Dkt. # 32] of defendants Caney Valley Public Schools and Rick Peters. This case arises from a dispute over the defendants’ policy prohibiting students from wearing decorations on their graduation caps. Pursuant to this policy, the school denied plaintiff Hayden Griffith^ request to wear an eagle feather attached to her cap during its May 2015 high school graduation ceremony.
