Plaintiff brings this suit against her two brothers and coheirs, Pierre and René Rizan, praying that two, “so-called” sales of real estate, the one of date March 20, 1911, from Pierre to their mother, and the other, of date August 2, 1911, from their mother to René, be decreed — ■
“fraudulent simulations, in the interest and to the advantage of the said Pierre Rizan and René Rizan, and part and parcel of a scheme of the two to acquire the property in question free and unincumbered, as herein alleged; ' and that Pierre Rizan collate and pay into the succession…
