On December 3, 2012, the defendant, Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc. (Pioneer), filed a “Motion to Stay and Compel Arbitration of the Claims of Kendra Wojtalewicz and the Claims Assignors.” (See ECF No. 28.)
