In October 1989 Mary Ann Jones filed a complaint in the Pickens County Circuit Court against Pickens County Health Care alleging total and permanent disability resulting from job-related injuries. Following oral proceedings, the trial court found in favor of Pickens County Health Care. Jones appeals.
