INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Thomas Jennings (“Plaintiff’), individually and on behalf of others similarly situated, brings this action against Defendants Continental Service Group, Inc. (“Defendant”) and Does 1-10, alleging violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47'U.S.C.’ §§ 227 et seq. (“TCPA”) and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1692 et seq.
