—Appellant brought this suit against the appellee to recover the sum of $3,000 upon a beneficiary certificate issued by appellee October 11, 1901, upon the life of Murray A. Gray, in favor of appellant, under the name of Bosie C. White, and as the cousin of the said Murray A. Gray. The petition alleged the death of Murray A. Gray, proof thereof, and that at the date of his death appellant bore to him the relation of wife, and otherwise upon its face showed a cause of action.
