EVANS & ASSOCIATES, LLC et al. v. 84 LUMBER COMPANY, L. P. In a breach of contract action filed in the State Court of Fulton County, 84 Lumber Company, L. P., (the plaintiff) obtained a default judgment against G. D. Evans & Associates, LLC and Gregory B. Evans (collectively, the defendants).
