MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

EARL E. O’CONNOR, Chief Judge.

The above-entitled matter comes before the court on the plaintiffs’ renewed motion for summary judgment. This is a copyright infringement action brought pursuant to the Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. §§ 101 et seq. Plaintiffs seek statutory damages for the unauthorized performance of plaintiffs’ copyrighted musical compositions at the defendant’s establishment, Muff’s, in Olathe, Kansas. Defendant has not responded to plaintiffs’ requests for admissions, and as a result, the requests will be deemed admitted by the defendant. Fed.R.Civ.P. 36(a).…
