This is the third time in which this claim to have damages from the city of Boston, for erecting drains anti sewers on their own land for the preservation of the health of the city, has come before us.
The plaintiff is the owner of two wharves, called Bull’s wharf and Price’s wharf, running from high-water to low-water mark.
