Plaintiffs LasikPlus Murphy, M.D., P.A. (LasikPlus Murphy), and David Murphy, M.D. (Dr. Murphy), individually, bring this action against defendant LCA-Vision, Inc. (LCA) for alleged breach of contract, alleged breach of fiduciary duty, and other alleged tortious and criminal conduct.
