Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Clinton County (Lewis, J.), rendered October 4, 1990, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of conspiracy in the second degree.

Defendant appeals from the judgment convicting him of second degree conspiracy to sell or possess cocaine. Based primarily upon telephone conversations recorded by eavesdropping surveillance, defendant was indicted, along with several other alleged coconspirators, and charged with second degree conspiracy, fourth degree conspiracy, two counts of fourth degree criminal possession of a…
