' This was a suit in trespass to try title with appellees, the heirs of Mrs. Margaret White Swinney and their grantees, too numerous to name, as plaintiffs, and appellants, Harrison Oil Company, J. S. Abercrombie Company, Yount-Lee Oil Company, Empire Gas & Euel Company, H. O. Compton, Higgins Oil & Euel Company, F. N. Bullock, N. W. Murphy, George Hamman, C. W. Wolke, J. F. Weed, J. N.
