Appellee sued appellants before a justice of the peace of Peoria county, and on October 6, 1910, appellants obtained a judgment against Mm. The case was appealed to the Circuit Court of said county. On March 13,1911, the case was set for trial the following day. When reached on the call a jury was impaneled, the evidence heard in the absence of appellants and their counsel, and on the direction of the court, the jury returned a verdict for appellee.
