On December 22, 2006, the Court sentenced the defendant in this criminal matter to a term of life imprisonment after he was found guilty by jury verdict of Unlawful Possession with Intent to Distribute 500 Grams or More of Cocaine. Judgment in a Criminal Case (“Judgment”) at 1-2, ECF No. 572.
