Judgment for $4,724.50 was entered by confession in favor of plaintiff, Emil C. Wetten, and against the defendant Carl Horix. Execution was served upon defendant by the sheriff and returned “No property found and no part satisfied.” Plaintiff filed an affidavit in garnishment and caused a summons in garnishment and interrogatories to be served on the garnishee, Clicquot Club Company.
