OPINION
HOLMAN, Justice.
Appellant Oliver Miller, Sr. was indicted for the murder of Emmett Allen. The jury rejected Appellant’s insanity plea, declined to find that his actions were justified under the theory of self-defense, found him guilty of murder, and assessed punishment at thirty years in prison.
