LATTIMORE, Judge.

Appellant was convicted in the District Court of Bell County of robbery, and his punishment fixed at five years in the penitentiary. ,

We have looked over all the errors raised in the transcript on behalf of appellant but consider worthy of discussion only the two that are briefed by his attorneys. 1
