Appellant, Pablo Garza Zamora, filed an application in the District Court of Willacy County for a writ of certiorari to correct a judgment of the County Court of said County sitting in probate. In the application for the writ it was alleged that Porfirio Garza was, on the 5th day of February, 1937, appointed by the County Court as administrator de bonis non of the estate of Romulo Garza, deceased; that theretofore, on the 30th day of July, 1936 appellee filed an application in the County Court to be appointed temporary administrator, which appointment was made on the 30th day…
