Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc. (MBUSI) petitions this Court to review the order of a three-member panel of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB or the Board) modifying and adopting as modified the recommended order of the administrative law judge (ALJ). The Board found that MBUSI violated the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 151 et seq.
