Kirby, J.,

(after stating the facts). It is insisted, first, that the evidence is not sufficient to support the verdict. Notwithstanding appellant testified in his own behalf and denied any participation in the robbery, the truth of the defense was, of course, a question for the jury, and has been settled by its verdict against the appellant upon testimony sufficient to support the verdict.
