This is an appeal from the Pike circuit court to reverse a judgment of conviction of the appellant, Ora Carter. She was charged by information with the illegal sale of liquor. The information was filed on the 22d day of March, 1938. A warrant was immediately issued, but she was not arrested until the 26th day of March. Before trial defendant filed a motion for a continuance.
